Choose a "First Time" consultation. Next, select a date and time to book your consultation. Enter all requested information and once payment is complete, your consultation will be booked. Instructions and new intake forms will be sent to you via email from your new Charm personal health portal. If you need further assistance, please email Dr. Felty at info@drfelty.com.

You can self schedule 3 ways: the Charm personal health portal, using the calendar below, or using the self scheduling bot above. Choose a "Current Client" consultation. As an "existing client", enter requested information to locate your account such as phone number, name, and birthdate. Once payment is complete, your consultation will be booked. If you have any difficulty locating your existing account, please message Dr. Felty directly in Charm or email her at info@drfelty.com.
