First Time Clients
Existing & Returning Clients
In the schedule below, select a First Time Consult (virtual or in-person). Choose your preferred date and time, and complete the required information. A $100 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions and intake forms to complete through your Charm Health Portal.
In the schedule below, select Current Client (virtual or in-person). Enter your details to locate your account. Once your $100 deposit is received, your appointment will be confirmed, and you’ll receive an email with next steps and instructions.​
Please note that first time client consults are $425, and current client/follow-up consults are $350. A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Dr. Felty is on maternity leave from April 9th until June 1st. Please scroll past June to find available times. She will be responding to messages once per week while on leave. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
