Meditation and Breathwork Recordings

The breathe is your life source. It is your source of grounding and healing.

Meditation is the practice of noticing your breath. This is called conscious breathing. Breathing consciously is the essence of yoga as it assists us in connecting with the subtle energy within. It is through the breath that we are able to navigate different levels of consciousness. Moreover, breathing consciously has a biological effect on our mental, emotional, and physical state. Meditation is not simply about clearing your mind; it is about developing connection to yourself through your breathing. The more you practice this, the more you benefit.

Breathwork refers to any type of breathing exercises or techniques. People often perform them to improve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. During breathwork you intentionally change your breathing pattern. There are many forms of breathwork therapy that involve breathing in a conscious and systematic way. Many people find breathwork promotes deep relaxation or leaves them feeling energized. Holotropic breathwork is the practice of maintaining deep, fast mouth breathing for an extended period of time. Breathwork helps you regulate your nervous system and emotions.
